Place all ingredients except olive oil and sesame seed garnish in a food processor and puree until smooth (start with 2 tbsp miso).
While the processor is running, drizzle in the olive oil until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add extra miso paste, if needed. Recipe is ready as is, or you can decorate it with the tahini spider web and sesame seed sprinkle.
For the spider web: Simply drizzle small spoonfuls of the tahini in concentric circles, then pull a toothpick from the center outward to create the lines of the web.
